Zahedi Dates (also known as Ghasb) are one of the date varieties originating from Iraq, but also grown in the US. It is from the category of semi–arid dates with a distinctive oval shape.
These dates, such as dry dates, have no need to keep the refrigerator unless you want to keep them for a long time.
