Moronel, also known as Afrikan Milk Bush (Synadenium grantii), is a striking succulent shrub native to tropical regions of Africa. Recognized for its thick, fleshy stems and vibrant green leaves, this plant produces a characteristic milky latex when cut—hence the name “Milk Bush.”
