Bright citrus rises immediately from the bar, a sharp perfume that feels electric. The first taste is tart and juicy, with yuzus signature sparkle cutting through the creamy sweetness of dark milk chocolate. Its lively but not overwhelming, the citrus zest dancing across the tongue before fading into caramel-tinged cacao.
Yuzu is a favorite flavor at ChefShop, where we stock it in many forms, from candied to extract. This bar immediately leapt to our attention, and its bright yuzu flavor did not disappoint! We love it any time of year, but in particular on a cloudy day that needs a little sunshiny zip in it.
