Alce Nero organic tomato puree with basil is produced with tomatoes grown in Italy. The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed in order to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After selection and washing, the peel is removed by steam; only afterwards the tomatoes are chopped, pureed and concentrated. Alce Nero organic tomato puree is prepared without additives or added salt.
